Rajasthan OTC Courier & Cargo provides:

• Parcel delivery services
• Cargo transportation
• B2B logistics solutions

across Rajasthan and Pan India.

3. Booking & Shipping

• All bookings must include accurate sender and receiver information
• We reserve the right to refuse shipments that contain prohibited items
• Booking confirmation is subject to availability and route coverage

4. Prohibited Items

The following items cannot be shipped:

• Hazardous or flammable materials
• Illegal substances or contraband
• Perishable food items
• Live animals
• Counterfeit goods
• Currency or negotiable instruments

5. Liability

• Our liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment
• We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, natural disasters, or government restrictions
• Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery date

6. Delivery Timelines

• Delivery timelines are estimates only
• We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect address or recipient unavailability
• Next-day delivery subject to route availability

7. Payment Terms

• All charges are payable at time of booking
• No refunds on completed shipments
• Refunds for cancelled bookings as per our cancellation policy

8. Tracking

• LRN tracking is provided as a service
• Tracking information is updated periodically and may not reflect real-time status

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
